Will the board ever get worse on Free?
No. Every widget, all 40 templates and panel pairing stay free. Plus adds things; nothing is removed from Free.
What happens to my screens if I stop paying?
They stay in your account. If you keep more than 10 screens there, the extra ones stay read-only until you choose which 10 to keep; nothing is deleted.
What happens when the school trial ends?
No card is taken at the start. On day 60 the admin chooses seats, or the workspace becomes read-only for the admin; teachers keep everything on Free, shared templates stay openable, nothing is deleted. Emails on days 45, 53 and 59 carry a usage summary.
Do I need an account to use the tools?
Yes: one free account opens every tool and the board. Sign in once on each device with Google, Microsoft or an emailed code; you stay signed in for 90 days and the board keeps working offline. Tool pages, guides and this page stay open to read.
Do students ever pay or sign in?
Never. Students see the board and the vote page; they join with the poll code from a signed-in teacher’s board.
Why is the India price different?
Prices follow the country you pay from, which Stripe uses to set the tax country; your data region does not change the price. The invoice carries local tax.
Can a school pay for a few teachers only?
Yes. Seats are per teacher, billed yearly; the trial covers the whole workspace for 60 days.
How do I get help?
Start in the help centre: guides, short videos and the report form. On Free, the forum and the report form get a reply within 2 working days. Teacher Plus gets email with a reply within 1 working day. School admins also get a WhatsApp Business number and one onboarding call. The contact page lists every channel; there is no live chat or phone line.
