How to make a crossword for your class
- Type one word and its clue per line. 8 to 15 words fit a 13 by 13 grid.
- Press Build puzzle. Words that cannot be placed are listed above the preview; shorten or replace them.
- Choose A4 or Letter and print 2 pages: the puzzle and the answer key.

Does it work in Hindi or Arabic?
Words in any script work; right-to-left scripts fill the grid from the right.
Is my word list saved?

Why are most cells blank?
Unused cells are the paper, so the sheet prints on a shared printer without a block of black. Choose the newspaper style if you want solid black blocks.
