Cancel and refunds

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Teacher Plus stays on until the end of the term you paid for.

Cancel Teacher Plus

  1. Open your account page and find Plan and limits.
  2. Choose to cancel and confirm.
  3. Teacher Plus stays on to the end of the paid term. Then your account returns to Free.

Refunds

  • All sales are final. Try everything on Free first; cancelling stops the next renewal.
  • If you were charged twice, or charged a different amount from the price shown at checkout, write to billing@openeducat.org and we refund the difference.
  • Nothing you made is deleted. Screens past 10 stay readable, and printables carry the watermark and the footer line again.
