Share a screen by link
Make a read-only link and QR code of a screen for students and parents, for 1, 7 or 30 days.
A share link shows a read-only copy of one of your screens. You make it from your account, and it stops working on the day you choose.
Make a link
- Open the screen menu in the top bar and choose Saved screens.
- Open the menu of the screen and choose Share by link.
- Choose how long the link works: 1 day, 7 days or 30 days.
- Choose Make the link, then Copy link, or put its QR code on the board with Show QR on the board.
What is left out
- Name lists in Random name and Group maker. The copy says "Names removed · Add your list".
- Poll results, remote voting and cameras.
- If a word on the screen matches a name on your lists, the sheet names it. Choose Remove names to take it out of the copy; your screen keeps it.
Turn a link off
- The sheet lists the links that work now. Turn off ends a link at once.
- Each link counts as one of the 500 items Free keeps, until it ends.
