We offer schools a data processing agreement on request. It sets out what we do with the data, how we keep it safe, which sub-processors we use and how the data is returned or deleted.

To ask for it, write to legal@openeducat.org.

For data that leaves the EU or the UK, the agreement includes the EU standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum.

OpenEduCat Inc. appoints a representative service in the EU under Article 27 of the GDPR, and one in the UK under the UK GDPR, before accounts in the EU or the UK open. Their names and addresses are published on this page when they are appointed.
