Birthday chart maker

Type names with a day and month, or fill the names from My Class, and print a chart of twelve months for the wall.

Make a birthday chart

  1. Open the birthday chart maker from All tools and sign in with Google, Microsoft or a code we email you.
  2. Type one student a line: the name, a comma, then the day and the month, as Aarav, 14 March or Aarav, 14/3. Up to 60 names fit on one chart.
  3. Or pick a class under From My Class and press Use these names. The names fill the list; type the day and month after each one.
  4. Give the chart a title, pick A3 for the wall, A4 or Letter, and Ink only or Two-colour.
  5. Press Build chart, then Print or Download PDF.

Typing the dates

  • The day always comes first, then the month, in every language: 3/14 is not read as 14 March, and the line is named so you can fix it.
  • A month can be a number or its name, in English or in the language of the page.
  • A year you type is left off, so the chart never shows an age.
  • A name with no date yet is left off the chart until you type one.

Good to know

  • One page, landscape. Names sort by day inside each month, and an empty month stays on the chart so it reads as a calendar.
  • A3 prints the same chart larger for the wall. Two-colour adds a marigold band to each month name.
  • Birthdays are not part of the My Class roster. The dates stay on this device and are never sent anywhere.
