Make a book
Collect sheets from the printables in one tray, add a cover and download one PDF.
Fill the tray
- Sign in with Google, Microsoft or a code we email you, then open any printable, such as the maze generator or the math worksheet generator.
- Make your sheet, then press Add to book under the preview. The line under the buttons says how many pages are in the tray.
- Do the same on other printables. Press Open the tray to see what you have added.
Make the book
- On Make a book, put the sheets in order: drag a handle, focus it and press the up and down keys, or press the arrow buttons.
- Press the cross on a sheet to take it out. Its answer key leaves the back with it.
- Type the Title, Class and Date for the cover. Leave Name empty for a line where a pupil writes a name.
- Choose A4 or Letter, then press Make the book. One PDF downloads with the cover first.
Good to know
- Page numbers run on from the cover to the last page.
- With Answer keys at the back ticked, every key comes after the last sheet, in the same order. Keys do not count as pages.
- A wide chart, such as a reward chart, prints on its own landscape page.
- On Free a book holds 8 pages, and every page carries the OpenEduCat watermark and the footer line.
- Teacher Plus has no page limit, takes off the watermark and the footer line, puts your school's name on the cover and keeps named copies with Save the book.
- The tray is saved in your account and opens on every device you sign in on.
