Printing and paper
Choose A4 or Letter, then print your sheet or download the same pages as a PDF.
Print or download a sheet
- Open a tool that prints from All tools and sign in with Google, Microsoft or a code we email you.
- Make your sheet, then check it in the preview.
- Choose A4 or Letter under Paper. The tool picks one from your location and remembers your choice on this device.
- Press Print to open your browser's print dialog, or Download PDF to save a file. Some tools name what the button adds, such as Print with answer key.
When a page prints wrongly
- Check that the print dialog uses the same paper as the tool.
- If a page comes out too small or cut off, set the scale in the print dialog to 100 percent.
- In the puzzle, card, ticket and test tools, the preview, the print and the PDF are the same pages, and a row or a grid never splits across two pages.
What is on the page
- On Free, the page carries the line "Made with tools.openeducat.org/p". The puzzle, card, ticket and test tools also put a light OpenEduCat watermark under the content. Teacher Plus removes both.
- An answer key, a marking scheme or a call sheet is the last page, so keep it apart from the class copies.
- The PDF is made in your browser on this device.
